People taking breaks in early afternoon perform better for rest of day compared to others!!!


People eating breakfast feel better mentally& physically than those skipin breakfast!!

Sugary snacks give only short term energy leaving u feeling even more tired


Take big deep breaths to give yourself an immediate energy boost.


Just 3% body dehydration can cause a decrease in mental & physical performance

The commonest causes of tiredness are: anxiety, boredom and depression

Tiredness can occur when we do too much. Know your priorities & do them

Having 3 small meals & 2 snacks in the day keeps energy levels stable day long!

Regular exercise can prevent age-related decreases in muscle mass & strength

For continuous work at computer, a work break of 5 to 10 min/hr is recommended

A room that is too warm causes the brain to slow down and induces tiredness

Get regular, good quality sleep to stop fatigue and overcome exhaustion

i wish somehow my projct manager reads this so that she will not disturb us when v r restin in d afternun in office (for better performance..heheh..:)
